The annual Independence Day celebration at North Lake Park will feature entertainment throughout the day and a fantastic fireworks display at night to celebrate July 4th.

Daytime entertainment will include a vintage car show, tumbling and dance performances, plus food vendors, informational booths and train rides on the North Lake Park train. At 8 p.m. the Loveland Concert Band will perform Loveland's patriotic favorites at the Hammond Amphitheater until the fireworks show begins at approximately 9:17 p.m. Fireworks will run for about 30 minutes and conclude with a grand finale of close to 500 shots.

Cherry Pie Celebration ~ Loveland

Since its creation in 1996, Neighborhood Nights has been one of Greeley’s most fun summertime rituals. A free event, Neighborhood Nights gives you the perfect excuse to head out to one of our beautiful community parks, stake out a patch of grass with lawn chairs or blankets, and enjoy a wonderful movie shot on an inflatable screen.

These alfresco theaters bring back memories of drive-ins and provide a great gathering space for people from all walks of life. Why spend another Friday night in front of the TV when you can be outside enjoying a balmy Colorado evening with friends and family watching a favorite flick under the stars?

Every year on the last weekend in July, Arts Picnic draws thousands to historic Lincoln Park. Festival attendees shop from over 150 artists’ booths selling everything from pottery and paintings, soap to sculptures and gourmet food to garden art! Folks can take a break in the beer garden or enjoy mouth-watering cuisine from around the world including French, Greek, Mexican, Middle Eastern and Italian, plus good old American BBQ in the food court. Colorado performers entertain on two stages throughout the weekend while clowns, magicians and balloon artists rove through the park. Creation Station’s kids’ hands-on area keeps the little-ones busy with projects that encourage creativity and excite the imagination. The Arts Picnic is truly a feast of fun for everyone!

Throughout the summer Estes Park is home to a robust series of free concerts held in the village at Performance Park @ 7:00 PM. This outdoor amphitheater features a grassy hillside for concertgoers to lounge on blankets or in folding chairs, while enjoying picnics and great music and moves. On July 4th, kick-off the evening with the Estes Park Village Band!

After the sun sets, watch one of Colorado's most brilliant fireworks displays unfold in the sky over Lake Estes. Bring your blanket or lawn chair and find a spot along Lake Estes to watch the colors unfold to celebrate the 4th of July!

Named the Outstanding Small Rodeo in the nation four years in a row, the Annual Rooftop Rodeo kicks off with a colorful parade in downtown Estes Park. Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) cowboys compete in saddle bronco riding, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, bareback bronco riding, barrel racing and bull riding nightly.
